How to Order

Please do it by the following steps:

1. Choose the dress you like and select the size from size chart and color from color chart.
2. If your measurements are not on Size Chart, Please offer your actual measurements. Refer to our Measurement Guide before placing an order. It is advisable to order on a bit larger size.
3. click the Add to Cart button ，You will be then taken to your Shopping Cart page.(Note: Adding an item to your shopping cart puts you under no obligation to order. If you wish to cancel your order, simply click Delete to remove it.)
4. Click the checkout button . You will be then taken to your login in page.
   If you have registered, please login in with your Customer ID and check your order and your shipping information. If not，Please provide your billing Information.
5. At payment method, you will be asked for via Pay With Credit Card.
6. Review your delivery information and your shopping cart content, confirm your order.
7. Complete your order after payment via Pay With Credit Card. We will send you a confirmation email telling you exactly what you have ordered, giving you the chance to change the order if necessary.
8. It will take 20-23 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc) standard. If you want to get your dress within 15 days, please pay extra $25 for the dispatch.
9. We will give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress.

5. We will send you a confirmation email telling you exactly what you have ordered, giving you the chance to change the order if necessary.
6. Your dress can be completed and shipped out approximately in 28 workdays upon receiving your payment. If you want to get your dress within 15 days, please pay extra $25 for the dispatch.
7. We will ship it by EMS or TNT or DHL (it's very safe and fast). And give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress.
